Upon completion of the Level I Clinic, the coach will receive a "coaching passport" from the NCCP as well as a certificate and chevron from the Canadian 5 Pin Bowlers' Association.

Level I Certification is the minimum requirement for coaching in many tournaments. A Certified Level I Coach can be assigned to any team qualifying at the house round, and may accompany that team throughout the completion of the event or competition, up to and including National Championships.
