Manitoba Five Pin Bowling Federation

The 2009 Junior High & High School 5 Pin Bowling Tournament

The 2009 tournament was held on Saturday, April 18th @ Roxy Lanes.

• 1st place was captured by Dakota Collegiate with team members:
  Trevor Cook, Mark Grimshaw, Kyle Bagrie & Robin Bezys.
• 2nd place went to College Jeanne-Sauve with team members:
  Amanda Devenney, Taylor-Dawn Holland, Jenna Groening & Taylor Mellon.
• 3rd place was captured by Lord Selkirk Regional Comprehensive Secondary School with team members of:
  Curtis Neskar, Duncan Vopni, Kiersten Dodd & Derek Plikett.

The top female high school scratch bowler was Jenna Groening with Brandon Mansell capturing the top male high school scratch bowler. Both Jenna & Brandon will each receive a $500.00 post secondary scholarship to further their education.

The top female junior high school scratch bowler was Amanda Prysiazniuk and the top male junior high school scratch bowler was Michael Mitchell. Both Amanda & Michael each received a $250.00 Best Buy gift card.
